Project Objective:

The client was introducing a new medical device product to their sales force and wanted to give something out to conference attendees that would be useful and memorable.

Solution:

Yvette Widdicombe, a senior account executive and VP at JNI, suggested custom shoes that were appropriate in an operating room environment and a long sleeved t-shirt that could be worn under scrubs.

Using JNI’s in-house web resources, a custom ordering site was setup to collect shirt and shoe sizes for all conference participants.  The online tool made it easy for people to order their exact shirt and shoe sizes.

After sizes were collected the merchandise and custom packaging was produced and shipped to JNI’s Los Angeles fulfillment center for assembly.

JNI’s in-house fulfillment services team correctly matched shirt sizes to shoe selections and packaged them together in a custom bag that was labeled with the recipient’s name. These were then alphabetized and put in larger shipping boxes for easy distribution at the event.

Results:

The completed kits were received at the event on-time and in perfect order much to the excitement of conference participants and organizers. This was the perfect medical promotional product campaign because these items will be remembered as they are used again and again while helping patients.
